The energy of the future
Movement of Hydro is dedicated to the production, storage and dispensing of green hydrogen (H2) for the supply of fleets of vehicles powered by this fuel, with great potential and development. We are a young and dynamic company that is committed to the promotion of clean energy, which is key to more sustainable transport and a decarbonised economy. Our future depends on what we do in our present. Are you ready for the green change?
It does not emit polluting gases either during combustion or during the production process.
It allows its subsequent use for other purposes and at other times than when it was produced.
It can be transformed into electricity or synthetic fuels and can be used for commercial, industrial, etc. purposes.
It can mix with natural gas up to 20% and travel through the same channels and infrastructure as gas.
Movement of Hydro aims to develop green hydrogen production, storage and dispensing plants located next to photovoltaic power plants already in operation. A perfect symbiosis. It also seeks to locate green hydrogen generation and dispensing infrastructures next to the main transport corridors and logistics centres of reference. A complete, alternative and sustainable offer.
In Spain, the renewable hydrogen sector is in full effervescence due to the interest of both the public and private sectors in this clean and environmentally sustainable energy source. A commitment to renewable energies that will mark a change in the world of logistics in particular and the economy in general.
Hydrogen gas is the most abundant chemical element in nature and is a universal, light and highly reactive material. Green hydrogen is obtained through a chemical process known as electrolysis, a method that uses electric current to separate it from the oxygen in water. Green hydrogen is on its way to becoming a great alternative to the more traditional, limited and much more polluting fossil fuels.
The impulse to decarbonise the economy and transport, a process that cannot be postponed in the medium and long term, will give more prominence to green hydrogen. Along the same lines, the European Commission, through the Efficient & Green Mobility measures, plans to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions related to all modes of transport by 90% by 2050.
